They are the proud parents of 3 children. Dr. Crumpton’s hobbies include watching his children play sports, attending Clemson football games, hunting, fishing, and spending time on his farm. At Carolina Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry we only offer prosthodontic dentistry services. Prosthodontics is a specialized branch of dentistry that deals with dental prosthetics for the repair and reconstruction of damaged or missing teeth. Prosthodontics also deals with other significant orofacial and jaw-related issues such as temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ), cleft palate and sleep disorders.
A prosthodontist has undergone extensive specialized education and training in the use of dental replacements to restore the appearance and normal function of the mouth. As a certified prosthodontist, Dr. Crumpton specializes in full mouth reconstruction and dental implants. When you visit Carolina Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry, we make a full assessment of your mouth with the use of highly specialized imaging technology. From there, we are able to recommend the best treatment for your unique situation. Every treatment is personalized for your particular needs. Using the latest advancements in dental reconstructive technology, we are able to create ceramic implant crowns and other reconstructive prostheses that are high-strength, cost-effective and formed for your mouth.

Oral Sleep Apnea Appliances
Technology & CAD/CAM
Carolina Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry uses the latest innovations in dental technology to provide accurate and efficient assessments and solutions for all your prosthetic needs.
We use computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software to design and create your dental prostheses. This technology designs and creates bridges, crowns and screw-retained implant overdentures more quickly and affordably than other options.
Cone Beam CT Scan
Beyond the average x-ray, we use cone beam computed tomography to get a highly accurate scan of your mouth. This is the best process for diagnosis and treatment with implants and patients with a temporomandibular join disorder (TMJ). The scanner rotates around the patient's head, taking nearly 600 images. The machine's software then compiles all of the data from these images and enables a detailed view of the problem area.
Oral Sleep Apnea Appliance
An oral sleep apnea appliance is a premium, custom-fitted dental devise developed for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. It is an effective, comfortable, and durable alternative to CPAP therapy or corrective surgery.
By wearing an oral sleep apnea appliance, your lower jaw (mandible) will be moved forward into a comfortable position, allowing relaxation of the tissue at the back of your throat and and doesn't allow the base of your tongue to collapse and block your airway.
At Carolina Prosthodontics and Dental Implants, you should expect incredible results from our talented team.
